Other Violations Covered by Law
This category includes all reports made outside the scope of Legislative Decree No. 231/01. By way of example, the following sectors are included:
- Public procurement;
- Financial services;
- Product and transport safety;
- Environment;
- Food safety;
- Public health;
- Privacy;
- Network security;
- Competition.
What Can Be Reported
Reports can be submitted when there is a risk that a person from PLANICHEM S.R.L., or someone interacting with the company:
- Is about to engage in conduct that may constitute a crime or an offense within the sectors specified by law;
- Is about to violate an organizational provision—such as a procedure, regulation, operational instruction, or any other internal document—within the sectors specified by law;
- Is about to engage in any irregular behavior that could cause financial or reputational harm to PLANICHEM S.R.L., within the sectors specified by law.
To protect the integrity of the company, individuals are encouraged to address the matter directly with the person involved as soon as possible. If necessary, the relevant business process manager should also be involved.
Who Can Report
Anyone broadly connected to the organization where the violation has occurred, who may fear retaliation due to economic vulnerability, including:
- Employees
- Self-employed workers
- External collaborators
- Freelancers and consultants
- Interns (paid or unpaid)
- Volunteers (paid or unpaid)
- Former employees or job candidates (those whose employment has ended or has not yet begun)
- Individuals working under the supervision and direction of contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Shareholders and individuals in administrative, managerial, supervisory, or representative roles
The individual submitting the report is responsible for its content.
Confidentiality Information
If an internal report is submitted to an incorrect recipient, it will be forwarded to the competent authority within seven days of receipt, with simultaneous notification to the reporting person.
