FLEXSEALS® 330 is an asbestos-free gasketing sheet composed of aramid and mineral fibres bonded with NBR rubber. It offers excellent steam resistance at higher operating conditions, with a sealing temperature of up to +330°C.
Due to the composition of the compressed fibre, it is primarily suitable for use with steam at higher operating conditions. Flat gaskets made of FLEXSEALS 330® can be used to seal water, oils, coolants and basic chemicals in the petrochemical and oil industries.
Chemical and thermal resistance: This type of flat gasket is widely used in all industrial applications involving contact with most chemicals, oils and gases at moderate temperatures and low pressures.
Excellent workability: easy to die-cut and CNC-cut, ensuring precision even for complex geometries.
Temperature and pressure resistance: Flat gaskets made from compressed, asbestos-free fibres are suitable for use at moderate temperatures and pressures, and offer good chemical resistance.
Operating temperature: up to +330°C, depending on the type of fluid, the pressure and the applied load.
